Despite currently not being able to fit in to 99% of my wardrobe, I simply cannot resist trawling through pages and pages of Ebay and Depop trying to hunt down bargain gems to wear this Summer. Last night I stumbled across this pineapple print sun dress and found myself a little bit in love - a big deal coming from someone who notoriously shy's away from wearing loud prints (give me greys, whites, blacks and the occasional floral any day) and it's made me excited for the warmer weather and being able to unashamedly dress up as a fruit bowl in sandals.
In other news I am v.excited about catching up on new Game of Thrones tonight and my main squeeze/baby daddy is off work until Saturday so today we've had some time on our hands to do couple-y things, drink mocktails and continue turning our new house in to an organised and happy home. Having our own house has definitely matured me and brought out the interior design crazed woman within. Nothing excites me more nowadays than a trip to B&Q or Next Home. OH and how great is having your own kitchen!? I'm not an amazing cook by any means but baking and making home-cooked dinners is fun and fills the 50's housewife shaped hole in my heart. On that note, I'm going to go and make an enormous chicken salad and leave you with a cheesy grey-scale selfie.
